The Joker - The Batman - Concept / Fanart

My take on a possible Joker for Matt Reeves's Batman universe. This is a non-official concept and should be viewed as fan art or as a fan concept. As a massive fan of the Batman universe and the characters within it, I am of course extremely excited for the new movie by Matt Reeves. I wanted to do a more older Joker in contrast to Robert Pattinson's Young Batman. This was actually made before my recent Joker Head concept, which is my favorite joker design I've done to date. I tried to make fit within the universe Matt Reeves is building and a lot of my artist friends would love to see Willem Dafoe in the role. I really enjoyed creating my own version of the character for Matt Reeves's and I really wanted to pay homage to the character's first appearance in the comics. I am extremely satisfied with the result and I had a really fun time designing it.
